Hi! I'm Dr. Emily Thomas, I began teaching at BSMS in 2013, and I teach 7th grade Language Arts. I grew up in Douglasville, Georgia and still live there. I'm a cat lady, enjoy traveling, spending time with family/friends, watching sports (Go Braves!), going to concerts, love reading, being outdoors, and being a HUGE nerd (I love Harry Potter and The Golden Girls)! I believe in building relationships with my students, so that they may realize their full potential and build a path to success in whatever they choose to do.
