Student pickup /drop off school items


Bobcat Families,

Student Personal Items: Student items can be picked up (athletic signs, locker contents, etc.) and dropped off (Chromebooks, library books, band instruments etc.) starting on May 18th from 4:00-7:00 PM.  Please see map and schedule below for details.  You will pick up and drop off items starting at the gym.  You will then travel to other stations across the campus to retrieve or drop off items.   This will be a drive up service and you will stay in your car.  We will have staff members to assist with this process.  To ensure this process runs smoothly, please have a sign with your child's name printed on it so that we can gather your child's items in a timely fashion.  

Rain Contingency Plan: Parents/students will pickup/dropoff  ALL items at the gym.  Please have a sign with your child's name printed on it so that we can gather your child's items and bring them to you.  

6th Grade- May 18th - 4:00-7:00 PM 

7th Grade- May 19th - 4:00-7:00 PM 

8th Grade- May 20th- 4:00-7:00 PM

*****Parents with students in multiple grade levels can choose a day to pickup and dropoff items.
