Bay Springs Cross Country Team

Cross country tryouts will be August 14th-August 15th

In order to tryout, students must have a current physical.

Bring shorts, a t-shirt, and running shoes to change into afterschool.

Tryouts will consist of running drills and a three mile run each day.
